IWC is a top watch company that is rich in history. Their collection of watches is very coherent from one model to the next, and every model is well made. In addition, IWC has excellent service support. From the Portuguese models, to the Fliegerchronographs, to the Davincis to the Aquatimers and Ingenieurs, you cannot find a weak watch in the stable. Flash to 2006, and IWC has been busy updating several of their models including the pilot's watches. The new, limited edition St. Exupery pilot's chronograph is beautiful. The IWC Mark XII is a legendary watch, which was updated to the Mark XV in the late 1990s. 2006 saw the unveiling of Mrk XVI.

Because of IWC's long history there are a lot of vintage IWC watches that offer not only classical IWC looks, but also historically significant and mechanically excellent in-house calibers... and at reasonable prices.
