Gevril offers some original designs and some derivatively styled watches -- think Blancpain and Roger Dubuis. The watches are good quality and the derivatively styled models are priced well below the watches that they imitate. During the early 2000s, Gevril produced a chronograph named the Tribeca, which is aesthetically identical to a Rolex "Paul Newman" Daytona reference 6263. As Paul Newman Daytonas soared out of this world price wise, the Tribeca offered a great look at a fraction of the price. One word of advice: don't pay retail for a Gevril watch, as they are abundantly available at strong discounts.
