The Bedat story centers around Simone Bedat and Christian Beday - a rare mother and son team. After many years of working for Raymond Weil, the Bedats left to start their eponymous brand.

Bedat watches feature distinct case shapes, and the name of each model is actually a number designating the case shape. The Number 7, which is my favorite, is rectangular. The Number 3 is tonneau. The Number 7 collection features some very nice looking tank style watches and some funky chronographs.
